It has been a while since I have shared a thermomix recipe. Just had to share this one though because it got the big tick from the family and I will be cooking it again.
The recipe is in the Asian thermomix cookbook and while it looks complicated it was very straight forward and easy. Don't be put off by haivng to make two different doughs. They are both super easy and quick to make in the thermomix.
